Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.
- Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Cancellations
- Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase. Please contact us directly at andy@andreeadumez.com in order to cancel the transaction and refund you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or digital downloads. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing back your package. However, in many cases, the refund will arrive more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
